Leveraging on state-of-the-art technology, we design and manufacture 5 gallon bottling plants. The CC 1000 PLC series bottling plant consisting of 1 to 25 BPM range has been specifically manufactured for 10 to 25 liters polycarbonate / pet. Bottles are washed in 3 stages by feeding it to bottle holders, which tilt it on top of high pressure spray. In first stage, the bottles are treated with hot water detergent (temperature ranging from 55 0 C to 80 0 C). In the second and third stage, these bottles are cleaned with ozone rise water with a concentration of 0.4 to 1 ppm of ozone. The machine is facilitated with Angular Spray for external wash of the bottle. After the cleaning stage, the bottles are put on the filling conveyor. Though the complete system is enclosed in a stainless steel/glass outer casing, after cleaning the bottle are automatically ejected out to the output conveyor.

Different procedures are mentioned below:
Rinsing System: The bottles are mechanically picked by the rinsing rotor, using spring loaded grippers. Bottles are reversed automatically to start the rinsing cycle which in most cases used product water as the rinse medium. Mechanical rinse valve provides the feature no bottle-no rinse, which safeguards against wastage of treated water. At the end of the rinsing cycle, the bottle is worn out of most remaining water, before being straightened out and handed over to the filling rotor.
Filling System:
This system fills every bottle to the preferred volume adopting the vent pipe filling principle for accurate filling. The mechanical spring loaded filling valves are actuated automatically by the bottles when lifted up to commence filling. In this stage again the bottles are held at the neck by neck holding lifters and the machine operating speed can vary using variable speed AC drive.
Capping System:
The bottles are held at the neck decisively during capping to fabricate completely leak proof results. Caps are feed into the machine by an automatic cap elevator with an SS 304 ground level hopper which can contain up to two thousand caps. The cap elevator feed caps at the desired rates to the cap pickup rotor of the machine.
